Wow wow wow is all I can say about the food in the restaurant it has to have been the best Turkish food I have ever had outside of turkey. The cheese cake is by far the best ever, don't know how the restaurant wasn't full. the staff were lovely, felt like nothing was too much trouble.
The bedroom was very clean and comfortable but unfortunately only 2 plug sockets and that was for the TV and kettle.
30 min walk into the center but was less than £6 in a taxi to get back.
The breakfast was ok, no choice just 1 option but the bacon was very good quality.

Hosts are just all round amazing people and the addition of the two most friendliest dogs you will ever meet, Daphne & Millie, made mine and my partners stay all that more special.
There is a lot of love and soul in Ravenscroft and it reflects beautifully in the décor and all the attention to details, with old and new blending seamlessly.
Rooms are exquisite with the comfiest bed and bedding, and clean throughout.
Breakfast was exceptional, really great selection on offer and well worth it.
I just can't sing praises enough, the whole place & experience stays with you in such a positive way & I honestly can't wait to go back.

Clean, comfortable and value for money, lovely host
Such a lovely location and property. Chickens and an orchard. Private parking, well located for Mansfield and forest walking. Love it every time we stay. Kids love it too as it's spacious and has a lovely outdoor seating area too.
Will be booking for many years to come!
