Pretty nice hotel but shame about the way they do things. Had to call about 10 times to get through to someone then when I did, to make sure we had a dog friendly room like I booked we didn’t. They moved us to another room which was more expensive and they made another screw up thinking it was a double room for 1 person when I booked it as two. I showed them a screenshot of this. I called them up on the way and they said yeah that’s fine we’ll change it for you, and that was it. After we had stayed and went to leave they caught us on the way out and asked us to pay a lot extra, they also almost over charged us for the extra charge for the dog. He had only stayed 1 night but they nearly charged us for 2. They could see we didn’t have a dog with us when we first came in. It was deliberately underhanded and caused and awkward and unfair situation for me and my partner. If I hadn’t of had my girlfriend standing next to me I’d of told them to f off and wouldn’t of paid it. Wasn’t right. I’m not normally one to complain but that wasn’t right.
