Wayne was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The pods were very comfortable and well-equipped and some things were provided for us to have a continental breakfast. The location is pleasant, ten minutes' walk from 'central' Scourie.

Great location for climbing Suilven, comfortable, spacious, well equipped with own parking space. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and wine all appreciated. Next door to excellent restaurant Peet’s serving great fish dishes.

Scourge is a beautiful area that rival Isle of Skye! The pod was the perfect choice for our adventure. The local restaurant is closed seasonally, but there is a great little Pub 10 minutes from the Pod in Scourie called the Anchorage bar. They serve basic item like pizza, but are wonderful people. We will be back!

The village is small, as is everywhere in that part of the world, the drive in and out part of the experience. The nearby Scourie Hotel provides an excellent place for eating, drinking, and socialising, especially know for its seafood.
Walking, hiking, best area of interest is the short ferry trip to Handa Island, a bird-watchers paradise. The main feature in the whole area is scenery, scenery!
