The view from our window was excellent and breakfast was more than adequate. Food in the bar was also excellent and served by friendly staff. It is certainly an excellent place to stay.

easy to find and in a good location for onward travel and exploring the local area
Room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Shower hot!

Check in was by 9pm, I was going to be later, due to traffic, so phoned ahead and was reassured someone would still be there to check me in so not to worry.

Matt was very friendly and helpful on arrival, the room was great and after a long day walking in the rain the shower was exceptional. The location is good for the main part of Portreath with a number of restaurants within 5 minutes walk as is the local pub. A great place to stay for a few nights in Portreath.
