Room was excellent-recently refurbed, I think. When they saw my husband had Walking stick, they offered us ground floor room. Breakfast very good-- perfect scranbled eggs!!!

This was a once in a lifetime birthday treat for me. I have always loved Bodmin Jail and have visited many times, and having the chance to stay there was just amazing. It is pricey, but completely worth it.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is fabulous! Breakfast and choices were very good. We had dinner first night and it was very nice and tasty.

No more than a 20 min drive to Wadebridge for supermarkets and the Camel Trail, Padstow, Rock, Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Port Isaac. Easy access to rest of Cornwall 1.15 mins to Lands End. Great breakfast at Nice Baps! Mustn't forget the pasty shop at St Kew Highway.
