I had injured my back, and they upgraded me to a triple room on the first floor so that I didn't need to climb a second set of stairs. The room, including bathroom, was spotless. The bath sheets were a bonus.

The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay! Breakfast was hot and my Mom loved the selection of food offered. The room was clean and comfortable and had a ton of space for 3 adults to move around. The location was excellent with a short walk down hill to shopping and dining, the walk back up was a little challenging since the hill is quite steep.
