We liked that the hotel has easy access from the train and bus stations plus that our air carrier was just outside the hotel doors. Breakfast is included in the cost of the stay and opens early for travellers at 4 am. The continental breakfast was great and although there is a cooked breakfast we couldn’t partake of it due to our flight but again the continental had everything that we liked.

My wife and I had been visiting the South coast for a short break and had chosen Ghyll Manor for an overnight stay to break the drive back to Essex. We found it well worth it, friendly helpful staff and a nice sized comfortable room. They coped very well even with the large wedding party that was going on when we arrived
