The location was ideal for what we needed. The beds were comfy and rooms were kept clean. All the staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel was also really good value for the 2 nights we stayed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albert House - such a beautiful property. Jeff and Sue made us extremely welcome and it was very cozy and comfortable and the breakfast Sue prepared for us each day was delicious. We went at Christmas time and the tree in the dining room was decorated beautifully!!

This is great accommodation. Cleanliness is outstanding..a really nice house and pleasant host, although we didn't see much of him. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to self cater. Cutlery, pots , pans , plates fridges, freezers, herbs and spices.. Will be visiting again in summer.. Bed very comfy, shower very warm.

Nice old inn, very comfortable and quirky in a fun way. Our host, Glenn, was friendly, helpful and just a good guy. THe food was out of this world. We ate dinner there 2 nights when we could have gone elsewhere. Glenn cooked us our choice of breakfast each day and it started us off with a smile. Excellent experience, would go back there in a heartbeat.
Easy to park and check in. Comfortable single room.
Easy to park and check in. Comfortable single room. No noise.
Ability to go out and come in after closing hours.
Friendly staff. There was WiFi but I couldn't link up to it.
The room was very nicely furnished. Not the most comfortable bed but adequate. The bedding and towels were immaculately clean.
Great price.

The Hotel is in a charming quiet village location and looks attractive, with a car park opposite making it easy for visitors.
The restaurant was pleasant with good food and service - but a number of items were added to our bill which we hadn't ordered, so we were 20% overcharged.
Our room is in a desperate need of an industrial carpet cleaner, working radiator, working basin light, new bathroom suite and flooring.
A shelf is needed by the landing fridge/microwave so cereals, etc., could be put there leaving more space for breakfast bowls, etc..
