A fantastic place to stay overnight for dinner, bed and breakfast. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely kind and considerate with our elderly parents, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

Lovely guest house. Super friendly owners who were very thorough at the welcome & explained everything really well. Room was a fantastic size with everything you need in it. Breakfast was fresh & well cooked & just what I wanted. Fabulous shower as well!! Would highly recommend & I will be back.

The room was a delightful surprise, especially as we didn't realise that it had an upstairs mezzanine bedroom. Also it had been refurbished very recently so everything was like new. There are two smart TVs a 50 inch downstairs and 40 inch upstairs. The kitchen part is tiny but it was fine for all we needed.
And finally plenty of parking space. Much better value than the popular budget hotel chains.

Very clean. All rooms large and comfy. We weren’t sure how to start heating ( us being really dim ) rang owner. Rang back quickly. By then we’d worked it out anyway.
The town is small, but growing. There is a lot of history associated with it and there is stunning countryside on its outskirts. The architecture is interesting and varied, and the town is also close to other towns and centres located in the Fenlands, for those who wish to visit.
'The Jolly Sailor' pub on the main street is historic and atmospheric, and cozy.
Most things can be bought in and around the town, for those staying a few days (or more) who are catering for themselves.
