Bathroom could have been cleaner and one evening I accidentally spilled my drink on the bed. It was a clear stain. The next day it was not changed and the bed way barely made. The cleaner just put a magazine over the stain.

The door number wasn't included and when I text, no reply and when I rang on the day, 10 times, no one came back to me, so I couldn't stay there and I rang loads of hotels and they were all booked, except Holiday Inn, Limehouse who wanted to charge me £599 for one night. It is now over 24 hours later and still no response from the owner!
the location of the berwick manor was excellent as we where visiting a music festival that was minutes away from the hotel, if you are not going to the music festival the hotel is quite a distance away from anything in the vicinity and you would need transport.
