Proprietor was super-friendly. Room was modern and spotlessly clean but also comfortable and quiet. We ate both dinner and breakfast at The Artisan restaurant downstairs in same building as our room. Absolutely delicious modern take on both Irish and eclectic dishes. Great bakery across the street. Easy street parking.

For a B&B and the price we paid the breakfast was good as for the location Portaferry is a small place the location was good not far to walk to a few nice restaurants/Bistro or go for a walk in Nugents woods or the ferry that takes you across to Strandford as a foot passenger for a couple of £ return there you’ll find another couple of good places to eat or take the car explore that part of the country
