When we first arrived at the villa, we really didnt know what we were expecting. The owner was friendly and helpful. The villa was immaculate, each room beautifully presented, Spacious luxury bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful large gardens. Do not have enough words to praise. Highly recommended stay!

Warm welcome, excellent hospitality. Food at breakfast and dinner were excellent. The Inn is an excellent base for golfers exploring East Lothian. A few minutes from Kilspindie and Gullane, and about 15 minutes from North Berwick. The train to Edinburgh is nearby (five minutes drive with good parking) at Longniddry (only 19 minutes to the City). On top of all this, an excellent value.

Best Western Kings Manor in Edinburgh offers free WiFi, a 20-yard swimming pool and a gym. Portobello Beach is just 10 minutes’ walk from the building.

Fairly cheap, basic accommodation for travelling through. It had some nice decor.

With free private parking, the Aynetree Guest House is on a main bus route, with excellent direct access to Edinburgh city center.

Beat option to stay in if you rented a car as parking inside Edinburgh city center is super expensive. Since it was under construction, maybe after it it’ll be cozy. Not sure if they’ll have a garden view option again.

We loved EVERYTHING, this was our first international trip and we could not have found a more gracious, caring host and lovely room and grounds. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, very easy to get around on the bus or rail to Edinburgh and the Royal Mile. Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast were delightful and very filling and our host also provided advise to sights and attractions. Wish we could have stayed longer. I look forward to staying here again on our next visit to beautiful Scotland.
