There was no breakfast available, other than coffee making facilities in the room. I only discovered this when I enquired on check in.

Positives: nice location, friendly receptionist, leisure facilities available, free parking, competitive price. In summary improvements to room, decent water pressure from shower required, greater cleanliness in bathroom, and a much needed modern feel is definitely required.
