Located on the outskirts of Coventry, this spacious purpose built air conditioned hotel enjoys a prime location with easy access from the M6, M1 and M69 motorways.
Complete disaster. Didn't communicate with me at all in the two weeks between booking and arrival. I had to call Booking.com to find the address (house numbers in this street go up to over 190, but no house number was given in the advert or in the confirmation email). Booking.com telephoned the property owner, then told me that the property was not able to provide the accommodation that I had bought and paid for. No reason was given.

Street parking, the room was dirty and toilet was blocked, the shower didn’t drain and the back garden was full of brain waist. The kitchen was lovely new and clean the only good point of the house, on arrival was given a room number which was occupied but couldn’t get a answer by call or txt from owner.

I specifically booked an ensuite room which I was not given the whole place stank. The bedding was creased and smelt along with the room. The place was fairly run down and in a bad area concerns leaving my car
