Dinner amazing, I order the fish and chip thinking it would be nice and simple but it was extravaganza!!!!! I was offered a mini tasting box which was amazing, even the twist on homemade breads and butter was delicious

-Free water bottles are useful upon arrival
- Pen and paper in a suite is also useful if you want to write something
- making a suite warm for a customer arriving at 6 pm is very important in particular if he or she have ysed your hotel before

Room basic and over priced. Not like the pics! The room furniture was basic and towels old and scratchy. We were not advised breakfast was not included so was additional £29. It too was basic buffet that ran out and was luke warm. Not impressed!
Overall very disappointed for the price paid.

No listed help in the bedroom as there usually is in a Hotel room. The window in the bedroom would not stay open it was a sash window that slid back down as-soon as you opened it. Lighting by the dressing table was not adequate. Seating and coffee table was not what you would expect in a bedroom it was garden furniture and there was only one chair to sit on!!

The location is so good for everything that we needed.
I would have preferred the room be cleaned more often, with jet-lag and sleeping a little later the room was not touched for most of our stay.

I was very disappointed as in no way is Orsett Hall a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a major refurbishment, the decor is old fashioned and tatty. The grounds are lovely but not kept very clean. We stayed there for a wedding in a nearby venue and had chosen Orsett Hall because it appeared to be lovely and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I am afraid I am not able to recommend it. The food was ok and some of the staff were lovely but were obviously very inexperienced and had had little training.
Breakfast was good, except for the cappuccino I had to pay extra for. The flavour was awful.
Hotel and grounds are lovely and our room was very nice. Good facilities.
Just a little issue - the aircon didn't seem to cool the room and the bed had plastic sheeting which made for a terribly hot and sweaty night. Neither of us slept well at all.
What can i say this place is really nice.. I don’t have a bad word to say about it!! The location is exceptional, the room was really comfortable and felt like a home from home…. The spa is absolutely amazing and the food is great,.. We will definitely be staying again real soon… Thanks again Orsett Hall your hotel is perfect
Room very good. Spacious hotel with very modern facilities. Pleasant grounds. Choice of restaurant and bar for dinner with attractive menus in each. Restaurant meal turned out to be better than I was expecting - a really nice surprise to find perfectly cooked venison.

Bathtub was deepset, and there were ELEMIS shampoo and hand wash available in the room.
We came for a spa night, massages weren't firm or deep enough, very light touch.
Hotel staff were fantastic, especially the young ladies in housekeeping. Very polite and went that extra mile to ensure a brilliant service. The lady in the spa was also very welcoming.
All the staff from reception, the restaurant and spa could not have been more helpful, first class, thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days.

Sartoria Hotel room was nice, clean and comfortable. Could do with an alternative entry point as felt weird walking through a restaurant to get to the room.
