The property seemed ok itself but was chaotic - directions to the hotel were sent but the hotel name was different than listed/advertised, resulting in 40 minutes looking for an incorrectly named hotel, when asked at reception where the named hotel was, they told I should of come into ask and they would have told me it was the same hotel!!
Having been told the hotel name had changed, tgen spent 30mins to find their offsite parking which didn’t appear to exist, returned to the hotel to ask where their parking actually was. A great manager (ran the restaurant) joined me to try to find the car park but it still took 20 mins and a few phone calls to find the offsite parking.
Good news was they kindly opened the bar as I had missed dinner due to wasting nearly 2 hours driving around their site in Leicester. It was explained the issues were due to a handover in the hotel franchise and not the staffs fault.
