Great location just outside city center but quick access to city from nearby train station and buses.
The staff in the restaurant were excellent.
Trying to leave the hotel was ridiculous.
We had informed the reception on arrival we would be leaving early in the morning of our checkout as we had a flight to catch.
We also informed the reception the night before our checkout and settled the bill.
We were assured that someone would be at reception in the morning.
We had to wait ten minutes before someone arrived to unlock the from door to let us out!!
Very frustrating!!!

Close to family and where I used to live.
Close to family and where I used to live. Near all the places I like to visit. Parklands is out of the city center. With all the new one-way systems/ ULEZ rules it is a pain to stay in city center if you have a car. Use buses, trains and subway. Big cycling event made driving worse in city. Parklands was better than any city hotel.

There are two receptions - one for the hotel and one for the country club. A bit confusing.
All in all the stay was fine - room was spacious, spotless and warm.
Staff were friendly and efficient.
Breakfast was excellent.
Absoulote everything. From value for money to outstanding service. Do not often get the chance of a break with 6 kids but know for sure the next time we do will hopefully be spent in this hotel. The double room so spacious and comfortable and without doubt exceeded expectations. Already looked into the executive suite for February and possible membership to amazing lesuire facilities accomadte full families. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. .
stayed here for 2 nights before heading for our ferry. For the price we paid, the place was very nice. Lovely big rooms, big bathroom and spacious everywhere in the hotel. Very modern feel to the hotel. Really enjoyed the pool and spa here, a huge plus for the hotel! had nice varied menu for dinner and not too pricey. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment. overall I would definitely recommend.
On arriving at the hotel the girl on reception was really friendly and helpful. When we got to our room I was really surprised how lovely it was and I have never had such a large bathroom before. The bar and restaurant area was great and the staff were friendly. I was really pleased with the swimming pool and I liked the fact you didn't have to book a time to be able to use it.
the hotel was in a great location for us as we needed to be in Newton Mearns. the rooms are really big, very bright and so comfortable.
The staff were outstanding. We were there to visit my dad and sadly he died just after we saw him. When I told the receptionist the situation and asked if my daughter could stay in my room they went above and beyond with looking after us.,
The room was lovely. A nice little touch from the staff for our anniversary with the towel swans and a nice anniversary card. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get a nice break. The spa and pool area was lovely and the full hotel was spotless. The breakfast the next morning was amazing.
POLITE, HELPFUL & CARING STAFF, ROOM VERY WELL APPOINTED, HOTEL WAS QUIET, GOOD DINING FACILITIES, PARKING WAS SECURE AND CLOSE TO HOTEL ENTRANCE. EXCELLENT VALUE THROUGHOUT WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS.
The room was of a good size, well equipped and comfortable.
The attached gym and spa were of a high standard and available at convenient hours.
Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Ticks all the boxes for things like Free Parking, Friendly Staff, Clean & Spacious Rooms and VG Room Service.
Breakfast was good and at £10 pp was pretty much the average cost for most Hotels.
ALL staff were professional helpful, knowledgeable and well versed on their role within the hotel. Enjoyed the food and drinks onsite. Excellent room, large walk-in shower and huge bath.
