This was my third time staying. The staff are so helpful it seems like family.
The food is excellent, had several meals over my 3 days staying.
Each morning I had breakfast, even one morning the Manger/owner turned up to cook my breakfast and I was the only one in for breakfast. The service is better than most hotels.
All staff are so professional and can not help you enough.

Elena is an exeptional friendly host and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Having to leave early to catch the ferry from Harwich she went beyond and prepared me a tastefull breakfast to go, accompanied with a note to thank me for my stay and wishing me save travels home. The property is situated next door to a country pub which sells real ales. The food is excellent, especially the fish. There are lots of lovely little lanes around, very pretty and many walks. A small village church, which sadly has to be closed because of Covid 19.
10 minute drive to the nearest large village, Long Stratton and the main Ipswich/Norwich road.
Chickens in the garden which mean fresh eggs for breakfast.
Owner there is you need her but otherwise she just leaves you to relax.
