Super easier to find, very picturesque with the wisteria at the end of their bloom draped over the doorways. The overall experience was lovely and a nice base to return to. The lady working the desk helped me navigate my luggage transfer and made sure everything was in order when I didn’t know what to do. As an anxious person, this was very kind and appreciated.

I was all ready to be disappointed, because this hotel was a back-up to where we were supposed to stay. We were fortunate, because this hotel was nice. The place was clean, updated, peaceful, and relaxing.

Victoria House was very comfortable. Steam heaters and towel racks enabled me to be able to handwashing and dry numerous items of clothing. We loved the antiques and the ease of the coded entry. We were able to find free parking near the apartment . Enjoyed breakfast a quick step through the alley a few steps away each morning.
I had a wonderful stay! It was a quick walk up from the train station and an easy check in with the lockbox. The room was beautifully decorated and perfect for my needs. Very comfortable bed. It has an excellent location on the high street - shops and restaurants are all around you. I had a super walk to Blockley - there are some great walks in the area and I took the bus down to the Stow and Bourton on the Water. Great break in the Cotswolds!

It could almost be thought of as the poor relation of the Cotswolds, but only compared to the more glamorous neighbours, Bourton on the Water and Broadway, but it is a very good centre for touring the area and has easy free parking, good shops and good restaurants.

A Beautiful Traditional English Town.
A Beautiful Traditional English Town. The building and architecture are full of history, the shops in the town are filled with art/antiques, plenty of restaurants, cafes, charity shops, local craft and gifts too, so there’s plenty to explore and do.

Moreton in Marsh was quintessentially English and very aesthetic. Full of pleasant eateries and antique shops. People were polite and said hello as you passed in the street. Extremely close to other places of interest and quaint villages that you could either wander around or make a brisk walk from.

Great little town in the Cotswolds with lots of intersting places to go to surrounding it. The town itself doesn't have a particularly busy high streeet but Stow on the Wold is only a few minutes drive away and has some lovely shops to mooch around. Lots of lovely walks in the area and some great hotels to be based in.

We visited the Batsford Arboretum for lunch.
We visited the Batsford Arboretum for lunch. It was raining, so we didn't walk through the Arboretum. There weren't as many shops as I was expecting for the size of the town, but it's not far to Stow-On-The-Wold

Perfect location in the High Street but quiet accommodation in the courtyard, behind the main hotel. Room comfortably appointed, as was bed! (We were in room 42, queensize, upstairs courtyard). Had dinner in restaurant - lovely food. Staff throughout hotel were delightful and helpful. Breakfast either in conservatory (just a little cool in there) or front dining room. Had the pub area with roaring fire for drinks but quite small+popular - so couldn't get a seat either night.
Beautiful cosy little quaint cottage
Tasteful Decor
Well equipped kitchen & we arrived to a bottle of Prosecco, a hamper with goodies in & milk in the fridge which was very appreciated
Gorgeous open fire with logs provided
Located in a quiet street and within walking distance of everything on offer in the village of Moreton in Marsh
Also close to Stow on the Wold & Bourton on the water (which is very picturesque)
The room was a really nice size and my friends and I didn't feel cramped at all. The shower was large and the bathroom was a great size, especially for Europe. The breakfast was wonderful and we looked forward to it each day and the man who served it to us was lovely. The location was amazing and everything was only a short walk from our hotel.
Entire cottage was well appointed and very comfortable. Beds were excellent. Kitchen is new and had everything one would want. So nice to have a basket of breakfast items, sweets and a bottle of Prosecco! Also milk in the fridge. Close proximity to the High street but set back and quiet. Beautiful garden area in the back.
Location is ideal. it is near the train station and located along High Street but the room is quiet.
Tim received me at the hotel before the official checkin time and allowed me to checkin.
He also responded to all my queries very fast, before and during my stay.
The accommodation has strong wifi and tv has Netflix too.
Everything was perfect, however due to the current labour shortages in this country, the bar was closed on Sunday Night. This is just unfortunate for the situation the country finds itself in. Incidently, most hotels and restaurants in Moreton in the Marsh are in the same situation, with most being closed on Sunday Night
The flat was very clean, comfy, and beautifully decorated with nice touches like Netflix and Nespresso pods - excellent location right in the centre of Moreton in Marsh with a variety of walks from the doorstep and a good choice of lovely places to eat. The host was communicative and helpful. The bed was so comfy!
I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked. Overall, I thought the hotel looked nice online and had good reviews. The Manor House exceeded my expectations. The room was well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. The decor of the hotel was very nice. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
Perfectly situated in Moreton in Marsh high street and close to everything including lots of other pubs. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Because I could not stay for breakfast (early start for a wedding) I asked for some fruit and they made me a bag and brought it to my room.
Ask for a room on the garden, otherwise your on a road. It was ok though. The only problem was the carpet was so grubby. If the carpet is replaced I would rate this property higher. I booked it without reading reviews. It was fine and I generally liked the location.
The location of the hotel is really good, within walking distance to the train and bus station. There's a Tesco express near the hotel which is very convenient. The staff was friendly, breakfast and dinner were definitely worth the money that I've paid for.
The apartment was beautiful and spacious in the middle of Moreton in Marsh. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and there was a lovely array of breakfast items and an assortment of teas, coffees and biscuits.
Nice room in the converted stables, very pretty ceiling. Very big bathroom and nice toiletries. Very friendly staff and helpful. Pretty hotel and in the centre of Moreton-in-Marsh.
