The room was exceptional with sea view and wonderful sunsets. Extremely modern.
We had breakfast at the Lighthouse Restaurant as no breakfast or facilities provided with the accommodation.
The room included a small table and two dining chairs but nothing more relaxing to read or watch TV.
Very safe car parking adjacent the building. We really did enjoy our three-nights stay.
Nestled within beautifully maintained gardens, the South Lawn Hotel is located on the edge of the New Forest National Park, while only a mile from the beach and the Jurassic Coastline of Hampshire.

Many, many positives.
Great curb appeal. Very welcoming feel. Staff are very friendly, dogs are very well looked after here. They receive a goodie bag and a bowl of water at every meal. A lovely paddock overlooking local horses for the dogs to exercise and use the toilet. Beautiful bathroom, large, very clean and well maintained bedrooms ( new build ). Food is 10/10, we enjoyed all of our meals.we could see the restaurant was always busy with events such as birthdays. Location is great, walked to the beach within 20 mins. We would love to visit again in the future.

Milford on Sea is a charming small village, with several cafes and restaurants as well as a Fish and Chip shop. It also has a small general store. The main village is a short stroll from the seafront.
For a small village, there are quite a number of charity shops!

Very nice location, not that busy in February but that was a good point. plenty of excellent food outlets i.e. pubs and chippy. Very friendly people. Only negative point is that a lot of the shops and food outlets do not open on Mondays but that might of been because it was too early in the year.

Lovely area, waves crash onto the shingle beach, nice coastal walk, all level and plenty of benches to rest up. Walk into village with nice places to eat and drink, Visit Hurst fort, but it is a long walk on deep shingle to get to it, so not ideal for less able.

My Partner and I loved everything about The Beach House.
The Hotel, the facilities, the food, the Customer Relations Service from Sam, Stuart and Milly was impeccable. And, the icing in the Cake was Lancelot, the Hotel Cat. So if you are a Cat Lover, this is the place for you.
Thank you all, so much.
These Four went that vey important extra mile to make our stay amazing.
We'll be back, without a doubt. xxx

We had a lovely stay at the Annex, it was near my family who live in Lymington which is only 10 minutes Drive which was ideal.
The place was spotless and had everything we needed for the stay. Helen was so accommodating and reassured us that if we needed anything to just ask.
The location is great and only short drives to beaches, local town and entertainment.
It's a quiet area so was very peaceful at night time.
We would definitely recommend and will book again in the future.
Thank you to Helen and family for a lovely stay
The Beach House is a hotel full of querkiness and history. Currently under a much needed facelift yet retaining much of it's 125 years of charm. When the outside is fully restored some parts of the interior are a little tired and would also benefit from some thoughtful TLC. However our short stay was most enjoyable, staff are helpful & cheerful. Breakfast was good without being exceptional. We would probably stay again when there is less fog and mist to properly enjoy the prospect of it's stunning views across the solent.
The property is old but has been well looked after all the features of the house such as the wood paneling in the reception and the beautiful ceilings have all been kept to a high standard, being January there was a lovely log burner fire in the grate and the view from the hotel to the Isle of Wight is amazing.
Our room was very comfortable, clean and simply but well decorated with Tea and Coffee making facilities containing a variation of different Teas and Coffees,
the en suite had a shower.
The caravan was fantastic-very comfortable and well-equipped. The location was amazing-really close to the shop & main centre (for reception, swimming pool/spa, restaurant/bar & entertainment). The shop was really handy and was much bigger than I expected-get there early for delicious fresh bread. Milford on sea itself was nice too-with decent play areas on the seafront (& parking was refreshingly easy). A fantastic long-weekend in a lovely part of the world.
Pretty much everything. Well equipped caravan which was lovely and clean and just perfect for what we wanted.
Sited in a quiet spot on the park and easy walk to all the facilities and the beach.
It was great not needing to drive anywhere for the few days we stayed, as Milford on Sea was only a couple of miles walk away.. As the weather was really nice we didn't use the facilities on-site other than the well equipped shop but everything looked really nice.
The location in the centre of Milford on Sea was so convenient. My deluxe room was just that DELUXE, with super comfy king size bed, beautifully decorated, and lovely biscuits, bottled water and hot chocolate provided. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was large, delicious and had lots of choice.
Loved the fact that Milford on sea wasn't commercialised.
Lazy Lion served great food and staff were very friendly and the fish and chip shop just up the road was how I remember a traditional fish and chips should taste from my childhood.
Really enjoyed our 2 day stay for our wedding anniversary.
Clean well appointed cottage right in the heart of Milford on Sea. Super quite... Close to plenty of shops and great restaurants... in particular the The Gun In at Keyhaven. Host where highly professional and informative prior to arriving. Solid 9 out 10
The location was great as the beach was an easy walk away. Milford on sea could be walked to. The location was very peaceful. There had been milk, biscuits and a few basic ingredients made available which was a nice thought, in case you came unprepared.
Lovely quiet location. Very comfortable dpuble bed and lounge facilities. Great shower and plenty of cleaning necessities. Nice large fridge. Perfect location for visiting Hurst Csstle, Lymington etc. Milford on Sea delightful village.
Well presented and comfortable bedroom with modern ensuite shower room.
Great breakfast with full English, cereal, juices, toast etc etc...
Ian and his staff very professional and friendly.
Hotel parking a bonus, and a lovely garden.
Great stop over whilst we were cycling the new forest!! They don’t provide towels but we had left without any as we were staying at numerous hotels and they managed to obtain 2 for us!! Thank you we are very grateful!
The entire hotel is just amazing , the rooms are huge and extremely well decorated and the Bathrooms are amazing . definately will visit again , ideal as in my case to treat my fiancee on her birthday
This is one of my favourite places to stay. The hotel itself combines great style with character and warmth. It has incredibly welcoming staff, great rooms with sea views and really good food.
Great location, a short walk to the beach and some great pubs and bars nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. They serve a nice breakfast too.
Many shops nearby not far to the sea front .The apartment was basic, nice cosy and quiet. Everything need for a short break. Great value for the price👏
