Excellent location for Ethiad stadium & arenas. Tram stop very close. Room was decent size, clean & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was included & was basic but absolutely fine. Staff friendly & helpful. Card security access to lifts & front door at night made it very safe.

There is nothing to like about the hotel. The photos & description are misleading. The photos show a spacious, modern room & lobby. The Garden Hotel was neither spacious nor modern. It is a small hotel with small rooms & lobby, wedged between two other buildings. It is in an iffy neighborhood with extra locks on the door, and street people sitting on the steps.

Location is perfect accessible to all surrounding. Piccadilly Tram station was just on the opposite side of the hotel.
Room clean & tiny. Recommend for short term stay.

Where to start.... rude receptionist, strange Odour, asked to check rooms before paying to find female underwear on radiator 🤢then to remove bed sheets find used sanitary product underneath the bedding. To then confront staff and be accused of it being my own 🤮then was offered a smaller room without any own facilities available, over charged to actual booking price online. And refused refund!
