Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can take breakfast to the airport if you are in a hurry - they even give bags/cups for that. Beds were comfy.

Room was clean and fine for what we needed but it was budget as described, 24 hour check in was useful and staff were friendly.

Between 2 of England’s principal motorways, the M1 and A1(M), Luton is best known as an arrival point for cheap flights to London. A low cost carrier hub, Luton Airport is home to the unmistakable orange headquarters of Easyjet.
Booking.com offers hotels on the airport grounds, as well as accommodations including guesthouses in the town nearby, many of which offer free parking. But that isn't the only reason to visit.
Luton once had an important role in hat-making, an industry which has given its name to the Hat Factory performing arts venue. The town’s huge carnival is based in leafy Wardown Park, home of Luton Museum and Art Gallery.
Local crafts from yesteryear are displayed in the discovery center at Stockwood Park. Also here is one of the golf courses surrounding the town, and just east is a spa and swimming pool at the Luton Hoo country house hotel. Another golf course borders the Dunstable Downs to the west, and a third is by Whipsnade Zoo, the largest in the UK.
Luton shopping options include The Mall (previously the Arndale Centre), and the nearby station offers direct trains to London St. Pancras. Available restaurants cover everything from Indian to Caribbean and Malaysian.

Staff at the hotel explained where the bus stop was , such a simple thing but when you’re not sure of the area it really helps .

It is absolutely crap.
It is absolutely crap. I arrived there at around 12.30 pm, to be told that the room I had pre-booked through booking.com was not available!
According to the reception staff the hotel's computer had overbooked the rooms. Not good for a single woman arriving at the hotel after a long flight to Luton to find that the room I expected had been used for someone else. It was extremely inconvenient and upsetting, I was very tired. I will never book a Holiday Inn hotel again or use booking.com.

Liked: Moss house is clean, very close to Luton railway station, perfect for short stay if travelling from Luton Airport. My room was very comfortable, warm and quiet. There are two local supermarket close by if needed. Not liked: property needs a fridge in the kitchen also a dining table and four/six chairs. A spare WC 🚾 🚽 as there is only one Bath 🛀 room in the property. Other small additions of hooks in the bedroom and bath room. Host Raj was very helpful in providing local taxi details and was available when called for help. But needs to communicate 24 /48 hours in advance of arrival of guests in order to provide comfortable and stress free check-in process.

Airport was under construction and our driver was not able...
Airport was under construction and our driver was not able to drive up to the terminal so we had to walk 15-20 minutes to meet him at the long term parking lot. Buses were running 24/7, but did not seem to know about the bus stop right outside of our hotel for pickup or drop off. Security had me do the 360 scanner with several others despite having nothing in my pockets. An agent told me to keep my watch on and that was the only thing that could have set off the sensor. Another agent told others not to lean on the wall / initial sensor as it gives a false positive. Probably why so many of us were tagged for the additional screening. Not sure if the lady was an employee of EasyJet or Luton, but a rude lady was trying to get us to pay for our carry-ons to put in the overhead bins. We had no issues with putting our bags under our seats on the flight to Luton or on the return flight, but was told repeatedly we would need to pay for 3 of our 5 bags. We demonstrated repeatedly that they fit. Also not sure if it was EasyJet or Luton, but our 6:05am flight did not depart the terminal until 6:20am and after several stop, wait, go's along the way finally finished taxiing and was in the air at 7:16am.

Early check-in friendly staff
Early check-in friendly staff
There was a lot of litter on the car park, i.e. blue paper towels
Would’ve liked the airport, shuttle bus to stop outside the hotel as my wife is disabled. Unfortunately we had to walk quite a distance to the bus stop
The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the train and bus stations, which makes travel from/to London and Luton Airport very easy. It is easy to find. The staff at the reception are friendly and polite. I did not expect luxury. All I needed was a clean quiet room with a comfortable bed and a shower - and I got that. The room was warm, which is a big deal for England, especially this time of the year. It did not have a window, but it worked for me as it meant it was quiet. And it felt safe.
Nice, clean room in hotel halfway between the airport and Luton town. Excellent location next to airport train shuttle. On site bar and restaurant means you can eat there rather than go into dreary Luton town, which I mistakenly did. Friendly staff, who also gave us a pre prepared breakfast to take with us as we had an early flight. Good value for money.
Luton airport is for low price flights so don’t expect luxury. The price was reasonable, hotel is clean, staff are very friendly, we made it to our 6am flight thanks to this accommodation, didn’t feel like ubering at 3am from London, turns out it was a wise decision to stay near the airport. Very busy airport at 4am…
It certainly isnt at Luton Airport. It is in Hightown about 5 minutes walk to the railway station and 10 minutes to the town centre. The area is a bit shabby but I didnt feel unsafe. Lots of nearby shops and takeaways. Restaurants in Luton or in Hightown (I went for a curry there, 12 mins walk)
We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Luton Airport and for its relatively cheap price and it was perfect for that. The staff are lovely and the restaurant is exceptional with freshly cooked Italian food - highly recommended.
Cheap and in great location.
Not so far from the airport - you can go to the bus station in case you don't have big suitcases, take one bus 10 min and you are in the airport.
Close to Luton center so shops and supermarkets nearby.
The location is very good. Is just in the center of Luton , everything is close by - Luton mall , different shops and restaurants. And it’s close to Luton airport either. English breakfast was very good and the meals are huge !!
Great location to stay overnight near Luton Airport. The hotel is situated right next to the Dart Train - very convenient. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy. It was quiet. Friendly stuff. Very clean.
Hotel and the rooms need an update. Very dirty carpets and general sense of overwhelming dirtyness around
Fairly close to the Luton airport terminal which was the main reason for choosing it.
The proximity to the Luton airport. The standard Ibis room without surprise. The lobby is nice snd friendly as well as the personal at the reception. Very well isolated from plane noise.
