info on how to access the property was sent to my phone, everything was clear and well organised to gainh access for the keys. Meant that no matter what time we arrived, even if we were held up on the way I could access. Very helpful, covered all we needed to know about using the facilities. Immediate communication after booking.

The room was quiet, but there was a faulty air conditioner / heater unit that automatically started up at 7:00am each morning, making sound like heavy raining on a tin roof. This was a bit disturbing and it woke me up. I did report it to reception, so I can only hope that this was rectified ready for the next guest to use that room.
The room was at the end of a corridor, meaning no footfall of other guests passing by so was very quiet in that respect.
Just minutes from the M1 Highway and 1.9 mi from East Midlands Airport and Castle Donington, this Best Western Premier EMA Yew Lodge Hotel offers a fitness center and elegantly furnished rooms with...

Lovely quiet town, couple of nice pubs, shopping on hand.
Lovely quiet town, couple of nice pubs, shopping on hand. Best thing for me was the excellent fish and chip shop, The Cod's Scallops! Amazing food, clean establishment, friendly staff, served amazing beer! I'd definitely stay again in Long Eaton when I visit Donington Park again.

The hotel we stayed in was on the main road and the traffic was constant until around 1.30am. We were there mid week.
Long Eaton itself is well situated for getting to Nottingham and Derby. Average small town.

Ate in a few pubs in the area, nice place with nice people.
Ate in a few pubs in the area, nice place with nice people. Pity it cant decide if its in Derby or Nottingham but straddling the border puts you in reach of interesting sites in both counties. Very handy for the M1 and East Midlands Airport, which is to be avoided because of the high parking charges. You can expect a £100 fine if you stop to drop off or pick up a passenger in an area not designated. Or you can pay £1 per minute to wait for someone to arrive.

There was no electricity in the plugs so we could not charge our phones or use the TV. My daughter and I wanted to make cups of teas before going to be but the kettle was not working as no electricity in plugs.

A lovely town with enough shops to look in not for up market...
A lovely town with enough shops to look in not for up market shopping though as there are a few shops that they do not have .I found a lovely cocktail bar to spend the evenings i would avoid the bennets hotel as it has changed hands since I was there last time .more annoyingly is they still have the same advertising outside offering breakfast and cream teas .which are not on offer anymore
Outstanding ! Never been made to feel so welcome and valued as we were at Bennetts Hotel in Long Eaton on 11th and 12th June 2023. The owner and staff are so friendly and kind, nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is clean and airy with everything looking like it's new or less than a year old. The homemade Indian food is totally outstanding, extremely good price too !!! We honestly could not recommend this hotel enough and will stay here again next time we go to the spa at Long Eaton which is literally 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.
The staff are really helpful Monica especially, who called to say we had left a bag in the dining room which was much appreciated. Facilities are what you would expect in a motel of this price so no real moan on that part. Food was average with polite waitresses ect. The convenience of the M 1 motorway was the attraction to stay here however maybe next time I will look further into the city of Nottingham. To conclude its OK for a one night stay if you want easy access to the M1.
Everything went well the room was clean and the meal we had delivered to our room was excellent the bed was comfortable ..we did not have time to stay for breakfast even though we paid for it, as we overslept. We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions as it a perfect location for our travel to Somerset driving from the North East
The room was lovely, nice big bed, big tv, sofa and table in a nice spaced out area, big window. Kettle, iron, ironing board, hairdryer The shower was lovely once i realised i had to press a button to get some power in it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was £17 for an uber into Nottingham at 11:30pm and £22 back at 2am
The location was ideal. The room was spacious and had what we needed. The price was ok although I found out afterwards that friends had booked the same kind of room for the same night, a fair bit cheaper. And I understand that they booked their room later than us. The parking was free which is always a good thing.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, lady on reception was just lovely . Just had a referb so nice inside. Lovely restaurant and breakfast was good too. Rooms are very good and great extras like hair dryer, iron and shampoo etc. Aircon too which I. This heat was amazing!
We used the hotel as a base for an event at Beeston Hockey Club. It was a really easy journey to the club and also to Long Eaton for food. The property was clean and comfortable and the staff really helpful.
Very convenient to the M1. Great value for money.
It was lovely and clean , a really lovely space , easy to access , plenty of parking nearby , we would definitely come back here if we needed to stay in long eaton again , very central as well ,, enjoyed staying there ..
beds were clean and comfortable. It was in the ideal position as we were visiting family in the area. Hotel was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. The buffet breakfast was good but could have been better laid out.
Very clean and tidy, hosts were exceptional, great location. We’re coming down to long Eaton again (22nd-24th September) for my partners birthday and are currently looking at prices/availability to stay here again.
The staff were very helpful & friendly.
The bedroom..comfortable & bathroom modern with a decent shower.
Breakfast was excellent.
A great hotel to stay at if your visiting the area.
The bed was the best we've had in a hotel for a very long time. It wasn't cluttered with unnecessary cushions and the quilt wasn't too thick and overbearing.
Particularly like the alterations that have been made to the dining section and the staff are always friendly. We always use this hotel when in the area.
