Very happy with the friendly and efficient service, and the bar food was very good. Great to have EV charging on site too. Nice location by the lake and very nice sitting on the patio for dinner. We have been to this hotel a number of times over the past few years, and it has greatly improved over the last year or so.

Very comfortable bedroom and a wonderful bathroom. Nice little touches with the gin and chocolates. Lovely, quiet location. Superb breakfast choice and quality. Excellent dinner menu in the restaurant and bar. All staff were friendly and effective.

Beautifully appointed with incredibly fast responses from host for all sorts of questions. Bed superb. Really comfortable and the most exquisite breakfast presented with love and attention. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon. Truly a cabin perfected with love
It was amazing! I went with my then girlfriend who is now my fiancée, the staff went above and beyond to make it a special event for both of us, the room was set up for the big question and she loved every second of it, thanks to all involved

Loved the room away from main hotel but not the sound of someone in next room peeing.
Loved waffle cafe but thought it was a tad expensive for 2 bits of waffle.No wonder nor busy.
Breakfast fantastic. Loads of choice Excellent products thick bacon. Good sausage. Nice bread. Catered for all. Continental looked good too.

Unfortunately the ceiling had damage from what appeared to be a leak. Black mould was appearing and the view, you opened the window to a lovely court yard strip with a locked chemical box and two large trolleys with a couple of towels that were going green 🤔
However, breakfast was fantastic and plentiful and bar food was very good.
If you wish to have your room serviced you need to put the card out the night before. Reception forgot to tell us this.
Fantastic massage received in the spa. Booking required in advance of a good week required

Fantastic spa break with plenty of fitness classes available and a huge well equipped gym with friendly staff.
Loved the location with forest walks and pub up the road. The sports bar, cafe and restaurant were all excellent and deluxe room very clean and comfortable. Would definitely be returning to this hotel as only over an hours drive from London.

This hotel caters for golfers only . We wanted a nice quiet few days , using the spa and pool . However they were not available. There was nowhere pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the weather . The website is misleading, the place is not suitable for those who want a relaxing time .

The apartments, the spa health club, the grounds, was able to bring our own food and drink to the apartments so did not have to leave the apartment to eat out. The golf course the guys found amazing. The ladies enjoyed the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The only criticism under the beds was very dusty and hand wash should be provided in all bathrooms instead of the little hand soap.
Lovely facilities for the spa, entrance of hotel is lovely with a little boutique with nice little gifts and products to pamper yourself. Spa has variety of different rooms and options.
Spacious, well appointed. View over the golf course was superb. Hotel is clean and well kept. Facilities on site are great as are the restaurants, bars, cafe, gym and pool.
The resort and hotel is obviously very nice but I was dissapointed with the eco pod and facilities.
Very cold, damp and not secure.
