This is a coverted living room of a student house with students living upstairs. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen and while clean ish there was broken tiles, mold on the grout and unwashed pots in the kitchen (students live in rooms upsatirs. No towels provided, not even a hand towel in the bathroom. The area is rundown and wouldn't have felt safe walking by myself, half hour walk just to find a pub.
