Very welcoming. Our first night was excellent and our breakfast brilliant (Saturday morning)
Our room was clean and we appreciated the option to not have the room cleaned and towels replaced unnecessarily to aid climate change. Well done!

Been staying at Kingsway for a number of years, the staff who have been there long term still offer great service and attention to the small details which always make a big difference to Mum and me.

Amazing room and very comfy bed. Loved having a bath outside and spa staff were really helpful creating the seaweed bathing experience for me in it as the bathing room in the spa was fully booked. Breakfast served beautifully and so tasty - continental is plenty but you can order any hot extras and they'll make it for you. Served by Sam who was lovely. Spa was amazing and the cold water pond was an experience! 111Skin treatment was so relaxing and top class therapist (sorry I've forgotten your name) - thank you! Will be back.

A beautiful village, ideal for exploring both Lincolnshire...
A beautiful village, ideal for exploring both Lincolnshire Wolds and coast. Waseby, Tealby and Coast all are a short drive from Laceby. One can take Viking route for exploring dramatically beautiful scenarios.
We have stayed here several times before and same as always, lovely helpful friendly staff. Rooms very clean as is the whole hotel, bar, restaurant, toilets.
A misunderstanding had occurred regarding the rooms two of us had booked, however despite the late hour all was resolved with now dramas or fuss.
Great hotel with great breakfast, didn't have dinner this time as only staying one night. We will stay again
Early starts and late finishes - I was with colleagues who needed to use the hotel as a base. They were completely helpful, accommodating and the service was superb, from their Covid compliance to the night service who were up to support us throughout our stay. A traditional hotel with traditional values, the food and beverage were excellent too.
Clean room, had the option to turn the radiator on/off, plenty of space and storage within the room, iron and board in room which was convenient! Beautiful hotel, we stayed for a wedding and although we did not have breakfast included in our stay, it was given to us for free which topped off a fantastic stay!
We stay here two or three times a year, great location and the hotel just ticks all the boxes.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.
Lovely building, great breakfast and evening meal, and bar is not over priced which hotels often are.
We'll be back again in June
The hotel has a very traditional decor with all the necessary mod cons and is set in beautiful grounds. The hotel and room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay here.
Big rooms and bed, bathroom was also big with bath.
Location was good for getting to Farm Hall for a wedding.
Hotel was nicely decorated and staff were pleasant and also let us check in early.
A good welcome and the dinner was excellent. The hotel was busy due to a wedding and a football team, but everyone got on very well and the staff coped brilliantly.
