This B&B offered a great location not far from Leeds but outside the bustle of the city. It's also right next to Pontefract and it's associated sites. The owners were super friendly and provided several new ideas for things to see in the area that I would not have otherwise known about.
Just off the A1 and 3 miles from Pontefract town center, in the Yorkshire countryside, Darrington by Good Night Inns features a restaurant and free parking. It is 2 miles from Pontefract Racecourse.

The hotel apologised for the lack of hot water and gave us a refund.

Excellent food, breakfast and Dinner. Room size is awesome and the view from the bungalows was great. Excellent wait staff, friendly, welcome you with a smile.

We got married here 13 years ago and is our local happy place. Frequently visit to have lunch and dinner. Staff friendly, food amazing and beautiful surroundings.

Excellent clean and well presented rooms, Evening meals and breakfast was also fantastic. We got our room for £45.00 per night with no meals which was outstanding value considering. highly recommended even at double the price.
