The room was lovely and really comfortable, a little hot during the night but they had provided a fan.

Our flight was delayed for 2 days amd Carl made every effort to keep us in a room, despite the fact they were full to capacity. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.if we come back in the future, Copthorne will definitely be our choice place to stay.

A cheap and cheerful hotel.
A cheap and cheerful hotel. Okay for a one or two night stay.
A little tired but value for money as a lot cheaper than other places locally.
Clean and nice touches in room like drinking chocolate and quality biscuits. Comfy bed and nice bedding and towels.
Restaurant and bar areas are lovely, rooms and general hotel needs an update.
Staff are really lovely.
Provided I was in the same room I would use this hotel again for an overnight stay in the Midlands.

The hotel was interesting with lots of little staircases giving it lots of character, the restaurant and the bar were warm and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast there in the mornings, we were visiting Rowley Regis where I had a Judging appointment for dogs, so didn't spend much time in Himley itself. The only problem I had was that our room was right at the top of the hotel and being an older building there are no lifts, I do have mobility issues and normally ask for a disabled room on the ground floor. This hotel only has two ground floor rooms and they get booked up very fast. Other than someone smoking in their room and causing the fire alarm to go off about 1am, it was a nice stay and I have recommended the hotel to the club that I judged for this year.

Wi-fi non existent, let it down as in an area with poor signal which was really disappointing. Staff said they had rebooted however looking at reviews & this is not a new issue, needs to be sorted. Also a spruce up as a little shabby in places. Room was comfortable and checked daily by maid/housekeeping, food was very nice, the staff were really friendly & welcoming.

The restaurant let it down on the first night my husband and I both sent our meals back as they were inedible the second ones were fine. Breakfast was very slow and there was always a mistake with what was ordered ordered brown and white toast always got brown ordered no beans alwAys beans on plate one wAitress had everyone black hair dangling over plate not very hygenic
The whole hotel, including the bedroom, was beautifully decorated and curated. A particular standout was the little milk urn that the bar staff filled with fresh milk…tea with fresh milk cannot be beaten! Lovely garden to sit out in the evening and fantastic breakfast spread. Two nights B&B only about £20 more expensive than one night in a major budget chain!
We stayed here to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday, and the hotel and restaurant gave us fantastic service, Erika was our waitress all evening and was lovely. The refurbishment has been completed to a high standard, and I will definitely stay again in the future.
