Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Aamiainen perus englantilainen aamiainen, oikein hyvä vaikka valikoima ei ollutkaan kovin runsas. Harry Potter -studioihin nähden sijainti erinomainen, aivan Watford Junctionin vieressä, josta bussikuljetus studioille ja junalla pääsee keskustaan vaikka se ottaakin aikansa. Hotellin ravintolasta saa erittäin hyvää päivällistä, ja aikusten mukana ruokailevat lapset saivat syödä lasten listalta ilmaiseksi.

Hotelli on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Watford Junctionin juna-asemaa, minkä edestä lähtevät shuttle-bussit Harry Potter studiokierrokselle. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella auttavainen ja informatiivinen. Sekä huone että aula/aamiaishuone olivat avarat ja valoisat. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen; hedelmiä oli tarjolla, mutta vihannekset puuttuivat.
