The Hotel is at a nice location, 5 minutes walking distance to WANDSWORTH town railway station. Staff at reception were very friendly, especially Mr.AMAAR (received us with a pleasant smile and with lots of positive energy). Even though there were less options in breakfast, I would prefer to book the rooms with breakfast.

A particular thankyou to Santana who made us extremely welcome for the two days we hung out in the lounge bar area, made us Irish coffees, collected our bags and could t have been more helpful. The sweets and card in our rooms was also a nice touch. Lovely rooms and place to relax after a long day !

The location was great and the shower awesome! Staff were also very accommodating. Breakfast was good great and the Omelets were excellent. The fresh water and complementary apple in the room each day is a nice touch.

Lovely location in the heart of Dulwich village with all its lovely little shops and the gallery of course. The young man that checked me in was lovely - he noticed I had a broken ankle and offered me a ground floor room ( but at an extra charge so it was a no!) He did carry my bags up the stairs for me though. The room is almost exactly the same as a Premier Inn .. even the colours!!

The rooms were so unique and beautifully decorated with charming touches. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and everything was immaculately clean. The staff offered me warm milk for tea to keep in the room upon arrival. I had explored London by foot the previous three days and was so keen to have day to rest and recuperate before more exploring. The Alma was the perfect oasis for a restful day.

Upon arrival, we were very kindly welcomed by the owner. The atmosphere in the facility was very good and the lamps on the floor are sensational. Despite such a short stay, my two daughters liked the owner very much, who was very nice and did not want to leave the place, she would definitely recommend this place because you really feel like home.

its not in hackbridge its a remote area. its a summer shed at the back of the house. host cannot provided any amenities they are not very clear with anything they tell you put the key through the letter box and then they will harass you saying you did not put the key are still in the room etc very very bad. Not even a towel provided .
