A convenient location offering a choice of room styles. Very well organized and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit salad and lots of sides in addition to the cooked breakfast. The breakfast room is available in the evenings if you want to bring in something to microwave or a takeaway. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. My fellow guests included regulars that were there on business as well as pleasure.

Communication was excellent, and there was lots of helpful information available for the property. There's a garage close by for supplies and an M&S Food a short distance away. We slept very well.

Gosport is pleasant. The area around Spring Garden Lane Apartments has some lovely houses, a beautifully converted rail station, green open areas.
We ate at The New Benghal Indian restaurant. We also lunched at The Gosport Cafe. Both were very good.
The apartment was within walking distance of the Gosport passenger ferry which takes you Portsmouth harbour.

The fun fare, archades, Fish n chips, nice ice cream shop on Lea in Solent and one stop shop near the Old Lodge hotel - excellent.
The toilets on the Lee on Solent need attention - for hand-washing, water was not working and there was no soap.

Great walk along sea front, lovely view over to the Isle of Wight. Watching the Sailing boats was very relaxing. Gosport town doesn’t have much to offer, but a ferry across to Gunwharf Keys, is a great idea.
The hotel is a stunning old building in a beautiful location. We had a sea view room which gave us a panoramic view of the ocean and surrounding trees. There was a roll top bath inside the windows which felt like absolute luxury. The room had such nice touches to the decoration, it really felt as though love and care had been put into everything. The staff were ever so welcoming too; couldn’t do enough for us. Our dogs were made to feel right at home.
Room was clean, en suite was very convenient, as was the on site parking. The room was warm and the bed comfortable. The location can have quite a bit of traffic noise at busy times but was fine during the night. Nice view from my room across the park. Comfortable, warm and able to clean up and shower after a couple of hard days without having to fork out over for £100 elsewhere in Gosport. Convenient location. I would
stay again.
The whole thing was great. I spend a lot of time in 'chain' hotels so it was great to be in accommodation with character and individuality. The host was welcoming and explained the details really clearly. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well - which is unusual. The whole thing was topped off with an excellent breakfast which represented very good value for money.
It's a beautiful house, we have booked Brockhurst Lodge before, it's comfortable, clean and warm. It has everything we needed for a short break. There's also books, games and DVDs if we wanted them. There is a dedicated parking space. It's convenient because it's close to a shopping area and it's only a short drive to Gosport and the ferry to Portsmouth.
The location was easy to find
Great for staying in Gosport, also visiting the surrounding areas
The terrace was perfect addition to the property
Lovely beds, T. V in every bedroom
Lots of different and really good extras left for us
The host was really great to deal with
My grandson loved the shower
Lovely hotel in gosport area, the breakfast was fantastic!
We travelled with our electric car and although they do not have any chargers on site the lady on reception was lovely and downloaded a map with all chargers in the local area 😊
Our stay at Spring Garden was fantastic, really lovely apartment. With everything you could need for a relaxing break.
Was a pleasure to meet Heather lovely lady with great stories to tell about the building and surrounding area.
This little hotel was without a doubt the best value for money you’ll ever find, comfortable bed, clean room, very friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. I’d go back anytime. If you’re going to Gosport, give it a try.
Great quiet location, lovely walks by the Solent or through the woods from the hotel grounds. Nice sea view garden to eat/sit in. Cute historic building. The Continental breakfast was croissants, yogurt, fruit and toast.
It was a great welcome by Kirsty. The location was excellent, and the hotel was easy to find. There was off road parking for a number of cars, if the hotel had been full, then road parking would have been needed.
Very welcoming, traditional small hotel in a handy location for Gosport Ferry and bus routes. Wide selection of cold breakfast foods, including fruit and juice. Decent coffee too! Would stay again.
Very nice historic pub and hotel, good location not far from an excellent coastal park, great pub with excellent attentive staff, large comfortable room, very good bed, very good shower.
The breakfast and location were perfect. The hosts were lovely and I really enjoyed my stay there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy, simple stay in Gosport.
The staff were absolutely fantastic and really welcoming. They made what would’ve been an average stay absolutely fantastic! The hotel and views are also gorgeous.
Very comfortable, and quiet. It suited my friend and I very well and was close my family Gosport. It was very nice having the welcome pack and toiletries.
