Well, this was a bit of a last minute booking as i was on the TGO. Was happy that something was avaialble in Edzell. These guys met my requirements, but after a long day and a few nights of a tent anything was good. I will say though that the Bathtub was a wonderful bonus, I ended up falling asleep for a good 45 minutes in the tub with a hot soak! So a great finish to a long grueling day..

This hotel is full of character. We loved the old photographs around the public areas. Our room was cosy, on a very frosty, cold March night which was much appreciated. The staff are absolutely brilliant. From
check in to check out they were friendly, professional and were clearly very happy to ensure that we enjoyed our stay with them.
Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Only disapointment was missing breakfast which was due to a problem outwith the hotels control and for which we were compensated. Would definitely stay again.
