I have booked 2 rooms for the day before and after 3 hours driving and almost arriving, they called me saying that could only supply 1 room. They have big issues on their booking system.
I have to sort my stay in another hotel and next day they had 2 rooms available and they gave to our family, 1 room in second floor and another in the ground floor, near the restaurant. They said straight that they couldn´t moove one room to stay near. The door to the corredor was always open and the noise on the ground floor room was a problem.

Location was great for shopping at Cheshire Oaks and visiting The Blue Planet Aquarium and Chester Zoo. Not far away for shopping and dining in Liverpool and all its attractions.
Ellesmere Port had interesting features around the Manchester canal, with ships and picturesque canal boats. Good variety of restaurants and had a lovely meal at Miller & Carter restaurant in Cheshire oaks.
Very easy to get around with good motorway links. People are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an ideal place to visit the National Waterways Museum, which is fascinating and well worth a visit. Signage to the hotel and to the museum are pretty dire, though, if you don't know the area ,and the council really needs to get this sorted satisfactorily. It's a central point to visit many local attractions and cities and is easily accessible from the motorway.

Great location for peace and quiet, was very nice to just have a walk round the hotel grounds to look at the Canal Boats. Although trying to park at the hotel wasn't ideal the overspill car park was very spacious and easy accessible. The rooms are brilliant and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious something for everyone and a fantastic choice for the kids
Over all 10/10 for our stay here we would certainly come back again

Almost perfect. A great location with free parking.
Almost perfect. A great location with free parking. Very tranquil surroundings and great walks close by. The staff were all extremely friendly-especially the 2 lovely ladies serving breakfast. Breakfast was very high quality and plentiful. The view from the restaurant is stunning. We requested a room on the highest floor and this was no problem. The mattress was very soft however, and my husband had a bad back the following day. Despite this we will definitely be returning as it’s very good value for money and the location, so close to Cheshire Oaks shopping is perfect (although I’d rather keep that a secret!).
From the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff couldn't have been more pleasant. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. We had dinner two out of three nights and enjoyed the meals. Service was a little slow on one of the nights but I put that down to the number of people eating. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the National Waterways Museum. You do need a car as it's about 15 minutes walk to the train station and on into the town.
The hotel is in a beautiful, calm and peaceful location. The rooms themselves were very clean but the bathrooms were a little tired. But what made this place more than special were the wonderful staff, who made a huge fuss of the children and after over hearing me say to my son it was his birthday the next day arranged a towel cake in his room with some chocolates and a free drink and pudding on them!
Every single staff member we met was lovely - very friendly and helpful. A smile also goes a long way and everyone greeted you with a smile. The hotel was very clean, our room was excellent - very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Having visited, we would not look to stay anywhere else in this area if and when we visit again.
The hotel was in a great location to explore the Wirral and Liverpool. Every member of the hotel's staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the ladies working in the restaurant at breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable and any meals we had - breakfasts, lunch and one dinner - were all excellent.
This hotel was in a great location for a easy drive into Liverpool and North Wales which were the locations we were traveling between. Free car parking, use of the leisure centre and breakfast made for a great stay. Not to miss out the smiles from the lovely friendly staff!
Amazing, friendly staff who were welcoming and always on hand. The cleaner was friendly and couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast staff were fantastic, along with reception staff and everyone in the hotel. The quality of food, service, and overall stay was fantastic!
The property was warm, clean and dry. Parking was easy. Just around the corner there are restaurants, bars and shops.
It is a shared bathroom but I did not find this to be a problem.
The owner is on hand and very helpful. The internet has a strong signal.
Very nice hotel with good amenities. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast for adults and children.
Staff at evening meal time were very polite and friendly, with good quality food although a little limited.
Excellent room, very clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Very good restaurant with friendly staff and very good service. Very good location, very convenient for Cheshire Oaks, Chester, and Chester Zoo.
nice spot within good distance to Cheshire Oaks outlet Park and other attractions. Quiet surrounded by the dock lands providing a pleasant outlook. Slightly obscured by scaffolding due to exterior property works.
The location is amazing, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and of a nice size, shower was nice and powerful, swimming pool and sauna were great.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is a lock/quay and offered good views of the waterways. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely.
Very clean and all staff welcoming and engaging. Food excellent and room very clean. Good location for the zoo, Cheshire Oaks and Chester. Definitely will be back.
