This is a very nice place with a beautiful garden. The distance to the town is reasonable also for persons who preffer to walk (in fact partly by the path on grass, but it was OK for me).

Liked the suite, our own space, multi levels, gardens were lovely. Food was exceptional, tasting menu was sublime, breakfast was a great treat, in the room, lovely touch.

Ardgowan Hotel is the most overpriced hotel in which I have ever stayed. It gets patronage solely because of its location close to St Andrews GC.
