Staff very friendly and helpful.My only observation being that the breakfast plates were cold and there breakfast got cold very quickly, the standard of the food was good.

The room was clean, very spacious and comfortable.
Location is good, with very good access to the train station.
Shopping centre is very good with free parking. Multiple large stores in the area. Good pubs and restaurants area bit spread about so car is necessary.
Outer area very pretty and hilly. Roads are very busy around the town centre
