Its a lovely quaint hotel at Port Appin overlooking the light house in a distance. Nice views and close to Castle Stalker too.
The breakfast was delicious. We love our well appointed room which is also large. It was warm and welcoming. The hotel was well furnished and there are many places you can lounge to enjoy the environment. We love the dinner at the restaurant too.

The breakfast was excellent, although I never saw a B&B or a hotel serving breakfast at specific set hours. 8 am or 9 am... no in between or later.

Diedre was very welcoming and was happy to share local knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was exquisite, a beautifully set table with fine china, crystal and fresh flowers. A full cooked breakfast with freshly made fruit smoothie and freshly brewed coffee. We had booked as a stop over, but wished we could have stayed longer. Very tranquil and relaxed environment. Loved the antique furniture. Would definitely recommend.

The owner met us at the parking lot and helped with the luggage. We rented an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. We had everything we needed in the apartment and some food was provided as well (great bonus). There was a small fireplace in the living room.
