It was delightful from start to finish.
Josephine checked me in and upgraded me to a suite, which was stunning, a fluffy soft bed, rich linens, a gynormous soaking tub, towel warmer, amazing water view of my Duart Castle, (where I will visit tomorrow), adjacent pool, sauna and steam room, foot bath, tea kettle for my camomile tea, day and night shades, room warmer clothes closet with ironing board and hair blower, Scottish water, caramel treats and pretzels.
The most lavish soaps for bubble bath, hair and body. I especially loved the bamboo dental kit.
Everything here is made so we'll that after Installation, will last for a very long time.
Meaty doors, light switches and a beautiful authentic Scottish rug throughout.
The staff was stellar, attentive and definitely accommodating. I cannot site anything that was missing or amiss. I will be returning soon to my ancestral home, with much glee

We loved our stay with Heather, the place is in a great location, immaculately clean and presented with everything we needed. Heather was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we would have loved to stay longer.
The spa hotel is a gorgeous place to stay. Craignure has beautiful nature whilst also being close to the ferry terminal. A wonderful relaxing and restorative place to stay especially after a day exploring Mull, Iona and Staffa.

Eat here - but not in the bar. Dogs welcome.
Eat here - but not in the bar. Dogs welcome. Do not stay overnight - it's filthy. If you like drunks swearing their heads off in the bar and leaving their barking dog in the garden outside your room until 1:10 am you'll love it.

Very handy for the ferry terminal - we enjoyed watching the boats from our bedroom window. Lovely Inn with friendly staff and good food. It was very busy both nights we were there with both locals and visitors which is wonderful to seeas so many places are closing. Lovely location for exploring the island.

Great location for exploring the island.
Great location for exploring the island. Island is very scenic. Ferry service was very good. Roads are mostly single track with passing places. So allow more time for journeys to Tobermory etc. cafes, restaurants etc are struggling to get staff at present. So this can affect service levels a bit.

Craignure was a great location for us--centrally located to be able to drive up to Tobermory one day, and visit Iona the next.
The Inn had good breakfasts and dinners and easy-going hospitable hosts.

There was no additional fee for bringing a dog which is very welcome after recently getting charged up to £30 per night for a dog at some hotels.
The bedlinen was clean.
The food was generally of good quality and good helpings.
We read the reviews on Booking.com before booking and thought "it can't be as bad as that" but we were mistaken.
If you are stuck for one night and have nowhere else to go then try it. It's not suitable for an extended stay.
Simply outstanding. The accommodation exceeded our expectations - the chalet was clean as a whistle and the facilities were better than some hotels and apartments we've stayed in. A superb bathroom and really comfy beds. The view out across the Sound of Mull was amazing and we can't wait to come back.
Loved the hotel and its location. The views from the bar / restaurant were perfect looking out over the coast. Location was great for accessing the rest of Mull. Super friendly staff and very helpful, they made our dog feel really welcome.
Lovely location, very beautiful and clean room and hotel.beautiful views of the sea.
The owner went out of his way to assist me with pointing out the interesting things that we should do and see in mull
