The room was nice and well catered.
The pub/restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and decent drinks and food options.
The staff were friendly.
The car park was more than big enough.
Best Western Appleby Park Hotel has a bistro-style restaurant, free Wi-Fi and ample free parking. The contemporary styled hotel also has a bar, and is located just off the M42 motorway.

First thing I do is check under the duvet and bedsheets. Black long hair under the bedsheets. So bedsheets not changed or cleaned at all.

Very handy no nonsense hotel. Food is typical Pub servings and plenty of pleasant staff. Ideal for a short stop over.

Amazing 5bed, Free Parking Short and long term stays offers accommodations in Burton upon Trent, 12 miles from Donington Park and 22 miles from Drayton Manor Theme Park.
Really nice cottage with lots of little extras. Great for 4 of us. Super comfy beds.
However not 2 bathroom (1 bathroom and 1 cloakroom) and the parking directly outside was not really usable. Very real risk of getting your car scratched as you would block half of a narrow road.
Pub opposite had good food.
