Enjoyed my one-night stay at this lovely hotel. I found it “oldy-worldy” in the best kind of way. I was in an attic room (room 25, family room) with no view. It had an ensuite with shower over the bath. No lift to the attic rooms, but that is well publicized. Breakfast was very good, served in a sunny room with a nice view. There was a choice of cooked food and continental breakfast. Great location in Dartmouth.

The cottage is actually nearer Tuckenhay village , which has a delightful location by a tributary of the River Dart. The local pub/ restaurant is the Maltsters Arms, which is right by the river so has has a great vista.
