The receptionist on the day of check-in was so friendly and professional. The check-in process was simple and instructions given were extremely clear.
The room was extremely spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge with a full bath and a separate shower.
We came back late at night, but parking was a breeze and the parking lot was well lit. The motion lights out front of the doors made you feel safe and made it so easy to see where you were going.

I stay here several times a month and always get a warm welcome. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of choice (though I do have poached eggs 99% of the time). Very good value for money and very well located, being just 5 mins from the A14 (J2 & J3), making plenty of major sites and cities within an hour of the property.
