The staff was amazing. The receptionist, apologies for forgetting her name but she was Welsh, was an absolute delight. She helped determine locations to visit and really went out of her way to make our stay as good as it was.

- Location is righteous if you've got a car. Stonehenge sits at a mere 15 minutes' drive away. The same goes for Salisbury.
- Comfy bed with a lot of pillows.
- Free parking inside the facility's lot.
Lovely base for exploring the area great for dog walking...
Lovely base for exploring the area great for dog walking and close to Stonehenge and Salisbury. Very quiet small hamlet no shops except Farm shop that’s isn’t open everyday. Lovely little pub opposite with delicious food at a reasonable price
The staff here are so nice, every person that I saw said hello, asked if I was ok, asked if I wanted a drink or anything whilst I was doing whatever I was doing which was really nice. Late check out of 11am which is also good and I could use the hotel for bits when it was past check in and nothing was any hassle for any of the staff there. They are so so nice! Decor is really quirky, a little bit 'live, laugh, love' but honestly I like that kinda thing. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area.
The staff was absolutely the best. Very friendly and accommodating. Lex, Shannon and Jason were delightful and extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and I am now a fan of the English breakfast! The place was charming and quiet. It gave me the feel of an old style cottage in the English country side. Whenever I come to Salisbury I will be staying here. The pricing makes this place a great value and worth it for sure.
When I initially looked at this place I was a bit hesitant because it is very close to the motorway but it was on our way and we had a long trip with long hours on the road so we decided to book it anyway. When we arrived we has such a pleasant surprise! There is a beautiful garden, the whole hotel has a very nice decor and most importantly it was incredibly quiet! I loved the room decor and the staff was very helpful.
Everything was nice. The room is spatious and the bed was pretty comfortable. We had a bath tub, which was nice.
The view from the room was nice as well.
There is a nice domain in the back of the hotel which you can walk and have a nice nature experience.
The continental breakfast is pretty diverse and there were a lot of option which you could have choose from.
Breakfast was good, plenty of cooked breakfast to eat plus cereals and toast with various spreads, jam & marmalade.
The staff were amazing and could not do enough to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. Could the hotel do with a bit of investment? Yes. Would I return for the service - including being really kind to my dog? Definitely.
