The food for was very good, breakfast and dinner.
The manager was fantastic, and the waitress were fabulous. But the receptionist were in-experienced and did were not helpful or flexible.
In 160 acres of formal gardens, Shendish Manor features a leafy golf course, elegant restaurant and scenic countryside views. The manor is in Apsley, just outside Hemel Hempstead.

The hotel was amazing a real old coaching house with lots of character - the bedroom floors were original floor boards and completely uneven which was fantastic - its great that buildings like this are kept in great condition and used!
