I was warmly greeted and shown to my room. The room is absolutely lovely. They provided many extras. I had Prosecco and an IPA waiting for me when I arrived. The bed is fabulous. The shower was good water pressure and very warm. The linens were very plush and towels huge. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate provided. I ate dinner there and had a wonderful dining experience. Andrew fixed me a bag of food items for the early departure since I would miss breakfast. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would caution that if you’re a very light sleeper, there are some sounds that might wake you. The cars leaving might be the loudest but they are gone, but I was there when a very large dinner party was happening. I will definitely go there again. It was only a 10 minute drive (easy drive for an American) back to the car rental return. Then a bus to the airport.

We had a lovely stay here before our flight early the next morning. Ben was extremely helpful and kept us up to date via text when needed. He also offered places to eat which we found helpful.
The room was clean, bed was super comfy, lovely pillows (I’m fussy!) and I need to know where they purchase their flannels/towels as they were great! Shower was powerful with lovely toiletries. View was stunning even though raining.
We also had a mini fridge with water, milk and orange juice along with some lovely pastries and biscuits. Also a good selection of teas and coffee.
It’s perfectly located for Bristol airport and we’ll definitely book here again when we fly from Bristol.
