The Duty Manager was wonderfully helpful when we couldn’t get the heating to work in any of the three bedrooms. She cam and sorted it out while we were having supper. Excellent service.

Special touch of card and gift for birthday. Leisure centre facilities were lovely and relaxing. The food was lovely and the staff were very helpful and polite.
