Great location with a fabulous deck. The restaurant was super. Breakfast is included and it was amazing. Staff were very good. Room was a little warm as it was hot out and the fan was pretty weak but it was liveable.

Unfortunately the room we were given was right at the top of the hotel and had no air con. We were unable to stay, as were a couple of other guests also. The staff were friendly and didn’t quibble when we asked for a refund. If you are looking for what you would expect from a 4 star hotel, this isn’t it.

Breakfast was great, nice quiet septate room for breakfast with helpful staff. Breakfast is pre-ordered the day before but cooked fresh shortly after you arrive to the dining room. Room was cozy but had everything you need for a short stay.

Because we arrived late in the afternoon it was difficult to explore the area. However the location has plenty to offer, walking, The River Bure,
narrow gauge railways, interesting market towns, the coast and of course the jewel that is Norwich and its long history.
Forget the rush and bustle of large cities just enjoy the clean air, big skies and a slower pace of life but no reduction in quality
