Beyond exceptional. Extremely attentive staff, room and hotel were simply world leading in cleanliness & well chosen furniture. View were stunning & the food was beyond description! Mouth watering dishes were had and all at reasonable prices. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back. The dog bowls & food menu were an extra treat!

The whole experience was very enjoyable and I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone who has to stay in the area. The food was excellent, the rooms comfortable and clean and the staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.
There's nothing not to like, from the moment we got there and met Sarah on reception to our lovely clean comfortable room ( amazing shower) and a wonderful meal with Julie as our very attentive sweet waitress, not to mention the recommended whiskey and the locals who made our stay a truly amazing evening at the Busby hotel...10/10 to your whole team for all of your friendlyness and hospitality .
What a beautiful hotel we absolutely love it. Our room was out of this world, Loved the attention to detail, spa bath with TV on the wall. Restaurant meal was lovely and cocktails were great. Sarah on reception was lovely so welcoming. Staff are all lovely always with a smile and couldn't do enough for you! Will definitely be back.
I was attending a wedding at the hotel, and there were no problems with the accommodation or the wedding reception, Some of the guests returning to their rooms at the end of the function were very noisy, but that is outwith your control. The evening meal on the date of arrival and the breakfasts on subsequent days were very good.
