Room was very good. Good furnishings and fabulous light fitting! Bed clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. The building itself is amazing - grand staircase, wood carvings, stained glass, etc.
We didn't have breakfast or use the spa so cannot comment.

Fantastic leisure facilities the room was brilliant also. We had a bit of bother on the first night due to a member of staff in the leisure centre but Jerone the manager was brilliant and gave us a free night's stay. Edith the reception was absolutely fantastic and made our stay exceptional.
