Like most seaside accommodation I was expecting it to be a bit run down and was delighted to find my room was newly refurbished to a high standard with a very smart en-suite and good free Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels appeared new.

A super last minute booking (literally hours) after looking through a few options in the area this ticked all the boxes. Host was brilliant and we arrived very late evening to a very welcoming twinkly Christmas tree and everything we could need to make a hot drink and unwind. The apartment blew us away, it is truly beautiful and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We all slept really well and found the evening to be quiet and peaceful.

We didn't expect it to be a motel with very basic facilities, so the only thing I can put in "like" section is probably ease of finding it. It served the purpose thought, for one night.

I liked the beach, which was long and good for a stroll. Unfortunately the weather was changeable while I was there. I liked the town, lots of different shops and good places to eat. Brean down is a short drive which is a National Trust area. It is well worth climbing the steps to walk to the end of this "natural pier". Fantastic views. I could have stayed longer and would love to go back. I would definitely stay in the Royal Clarence again

Beach very close by to lots of amenities, fab fish and chip shop along sea front, parking is very cheap at £5.50 for the day and never struggled to get a parking space. Sea is in quite early ( see board for times) and has normally back out by 10am and in again around 5 pm however times do differ. Lots of buses to all locations, ideal place as Weston and Brean are also a very short bus or car drive.

Beautiful beach - dog friendly af the north end.
Beautiful beach - dog friendly af the north end. Burnham, like many other places is looking bit run down. There are a good number of shops and places to eat. There seemed to be a lot of older people around. It's not really a family place.

It is alright for a day out but I wouldn't go there for a holiday. The hight Street was too congested that I ended up having to walk on the roads a lot. The sea is just like an extension to Weston Super Mare that you could hardly see anything when the tide is in. On the plus side, Burnham on Sea have plenty of pubs , cafes and take away food.

Beach and fun things to do with children but we went for an adult break so didn’t really want to explore as we just wanted a chilled time which is what we definitely had! Would definitely stay at one ninety again! Lovely hosts and lovely atmosphere with a modern and clean, peaceful setting! The breakfast was lovely, highly recommend the mushrooms with your fry up!
I liked the location right on the seafront. There's a refurbishment going on so the limited parking spaces were taken up with a skip and a workvan.parking on the seafront was difficult as every available space taken until around 6 pm so a lot of time wasted looking for parking if back before.
Room nice and clean, but no different really to comfortable stays i've had in budget hotels for half the price. Overall, a " nice" stay, but wouldn't enthuse about it overly. Was just alright for me.
From the moment we arrived we were made welcome by the owners and nothing was too much trouble. We were given the pick of rooms and both beds were really comfortable.
The breakfast was exceptional and well worth the money. It wasn’t just a case of “here’s your breakfast” when we’d finished we were offered more and asked often if we were happy with what we had.
This will be the place we will always stay when we visit Burnham on sea from now on.
We made a special request regarding our room and a very helpful young man (AJ) sorted everything for us. They very kindly accommodated our request for our return stay but unfortunately due to illness we could not return. It will certainly remain our 'stop off point' when we return to Cornwall as it has a great location (near the beach) and is a friendly hotel with good quality rooms and a splendid breakfast.
The hosts were very welcoming, and made an extra fuss of us because it was my partners birthday. The location is great and really easy to get into the town or onto the beach and there is plenty of free parking. There was plenty of storage in the room and the room itself was styled nicely and felt like a luxury hotel room. We also had the breakfast on one of the days which was freshly prepared and delicious!
Gill and Andy were lovely hosts, very friendly and welcoming. The One Ninety is full of little treasures making for an overall decor that was a pleasure to experience. The little fridge in the room was a welcome bonus, as was being able to use the garden. Short walk to a great beach and local restaurants. Burnham on Sea small, but not got that run down feel of many other seaside resorts.
Hotel was very dirty, lots of dust behind the bed, broken plug sockets, the only thing that was a plus was the location and I must admit the staff were very accommodating, it’s just unfortunate the room was not up to scratch.
Everything was as stated and it was comfortable. It was cold outside (March) but heating was adequate. Resort was pretty much closed, so ended up going into Burnham on Sea for food & drinks most of the time.
Entertainment and swimming was free and the staff for these was amazing! Amount of kitchen utensils and equipment available was amazing! Very spacious living area in chalet. Laundrette was cheap.
