The staff are accommodating and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, stayed as a single mum with my 3 kids. Family room was so big, all had our own actual bed. Facilities clean.
Excellent location to easily get into central London car park on site included made the whole process so easy.
Thank you to all the staff - would highly recommend and honestly wouldn’t stay any where else now with my kids. Found the us place and I’m sticking with it.

The cleaning people were warmer than the heavy set manager.
The room service staff was nice. The young lady at the reception desk in the daytime was also wonderful and very helpful.

The room was lovely. Spacious and had all we needed. Have stayed here a few times before so we knew what to expect in advance. It suits our needs and budget. Garage less than 2 min walk if you want to buy snacks or soft drinks. About 5 minute walk to Tesco.
