The customer service assistant we spoke to on the phone at the property - she helped let us in and we didn’t receive our email (even in junk) with info to enter the property- was extremely helpful and polite.

Good location, excellent staff, was an issue with a room for a friend but they sorted it as soon as possible and we got a free drink as a result. Bed was excellent and actually better than the 4 star hotel I recently stayed at in Vienna. Certainly quiet enough rooms and good enough soundproof windows.
Just off the M5 motorway and only 1.5 mi from Langley Green Railway Station, the modern Holiday Inn Express Birmingham Oldbury offers free parking and air-conditioned rooms.

Brierley Hill Dudley, the accommodation was situated on the main High Street . Fantastic place more night life and day life in a cemetery . Pubs all around ....BUT shut down, I can honestly say it is a dead high street.. Such a shame just lack of people ..

Buyer beware on this one!! The hosts required a photo ID up front, and demanded a 100 lb deposit by asking for banking information in spite of the fact that they already had my credit card. There are lots of good accomodations out there to choose from. No need to risk so much on one or two nights stay. And communication was non existent. The only communication I received was notification that there was no refunds, and could I please forward my banking information. What??? In the United States we call that a scam!!

Was absolutely fine for me. Got off road parking, had a kitchen to use and had a great nights sleep.
